Loving yourself is important and without that, how can we possibly expect others to love you….

How can we start to love ourselves?

Firstly we need to acknowledge that we do not love ourselves, in order to take the next steps in Loving ourselves.

1) Start telling yourself the things you love about you…
2) Just be…
3) Stop looking for approval from others…
4) Distance yourself from negative things and people in your life…
5) Forgive yourself for past self…
6) Make a list of what you would like to do, no matter how crazy or unrealistic you think it is now…
7) Do something everyday that makes you happy…
8) Listen to your intuition and be honest with yourself about everything…
9) Believe and trust in yourself…
10) Focus on writing your story instead of focusing on someone else’s…
11) Journal your journey of Loving Yourself…
12) Take note of every sense and be present…
13) Read inspiring quotes and blogs…
14) Do lots of self care, you deserve it…
15) Give yourself permission…
16) Stop worrying about what others think…
17) Laugh hard and love yourself
